When using a commercially available HDMI cable
Connect the plug to the HDMI jack on the TV.
3 Set the TV’s input to external video input.
• See the documentation provided with your TV for details.
4 Hold down the c button to turn on the
camera.
• The camera enters playback mode and images are
displayed on the TV.
• The camera monitor remains off while images are
displayed on the television.
• See “Operations with TV Connection” (E36) for more
information.
